Job Description
Position Summary HR/MANAGER
The HR Personnel will manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions in a small, growing Curtains & Blinds shop, ensuring staff organization, compliance, and a positive work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in an Industrial Organizational psychology (preferred)
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Must have at least 2 years experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
